Thought Surrender
Scripture:
“Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7 (NKJV)
Practice:
Write down one recurring worry. Bring it to God in prayer and intentionally surrender it to Him.
Benefit:
Each time that worry returns, realign your mind with this truth: God cares for you. Speak the scripture aloud and release the thought again.
Prayer:
Lord, I give You the worry I keep carrying. I choose to trust You with it and rest in Your care. Renew my mind with Your peace. Amen.
